All price quotes provided by the Studio are valid for fifteen business days from the date they are issued.
Every quote is based on the official price lists published on this website. If there is any discrepancy between a quote and the published price list, the information in the price list will be considered the correct one. To eliminate misunderstandings, the Client is encouraged to review the price list before approving a quote. Quotes may include explanations, notes, or custom arrangements, but they are still tied to the base pricing described in the price list. The Studio also reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in a quote, including typos or miscalculations, before work begins.
The Studio offers two pricing models: fixed-price services and hourly billing.
Fixed-Price Services
For certain services, the Studio offers a fixed price, which includes the full scope of work and the delivered results as specified in the price list or price quote. This price generally includes a specified number of revisions as part of the service. If the Client requests additional revisions beyond those included, or if the scope of the project changes, the Studio will inform the Client of any additional costs before proceeding.
Hourly Billing
For tasks billed by the hour, the Studio will provide the Client with an estimated number of hours required for the project. This estimate will be used to calculate a 50% deposit, which must be paid before the work begins. After the project is completed, the remaining payment will be calculated based on the actual hours worked, including time spent on revisions. There is no limit on the number of revisions; however, all revisions are part of the billable hours.
Despite all efforts to be accurate, the actual time to complete the work may differ, sometimes significantly. If at any point the Studio anticipates that the project will require more than 10% additional time beyond the initial estimate, the Studio will notify the Client and negotiate the revised scope and cost before proceeding.
If the Studio is hired to manage the production for a photo or video session involving models or other crew members, the Studio will be responsible for the following, as per the agreed fee:
If the Client wishes to handle the production themselves, they, and not the Studio, will be responsible for all arrangements related to models, crew members, and any other production elements, including but not limited to the list above.
If anything goes wrong during the production managed by the Client (e.g., models or crew not showing up, lack of proper releases, delays, etc.), the Studio will not be held liable for any issues or delays caused. Regardless of the outcome, the Client agrees to transfer the full payment to the Studio as originally agreed upon.
The Studio undertakes to perform all work with reasonable professional skill and care. The Client acknowledges that the nature of creative and digital work requires their active participation, including the timely review and approval of all deliverables.
The Client must carefully review all files, images, texts, graphics, barcodes, codes, specifications, and any other materials delivered by the Studio before using them in any form (including printing, manufacturing, publishing, or uploading to online platforms). The Client’s approval may be explicit or implied. Any use of the deliverables, including forwarding them to third parties or proceeding with production, will be considered confirmation that the Client has reviewed and accepted the materials. Any errors or inaccuracies that are not reported during the review stage are the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Studio relies on the accuracy of all materials, information, and instructions provided by the Client. The Studio will not be responsible for any issues, delays, or damages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, unclear, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the Client or by any representative acting on the Client’s behalf.
The Studio is not responsible for the actions, delays, errors, or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to printing companies, manufacturers, delivery services, web developers, marketplaces (such as Amazon), advertising platforms, or any other external service used by the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the delivered files meet the requirements of any third-party service before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services provided will be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that is the subject of the claim, and only in cases where the error or issue is solely the result of the Studio’s actions. If the error, delay, or issue arises from the Client’s instructions, materials, approvals, omissions, or any third-party involvement, the Studio will bear no responsibility. The Studio will not be responsible for additional costs such as reprints, manufacturing adjustments, shipping, logistical corrections, compensation to the Client’s customers, or any other expenses beyond the original service fee.
The Studio will not, under any circumstances, be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, loss of sales, reputational harm, business interruptions, loss of data, or any chain reaction of losses arising from the work delivered or the Client’s use of the deliverables.
In cases where the Studio is responsible for an error, the Studio may, at its discretion, offer assistance or corrective measures as a gesture of goodwill. Any such assistance is voluntary and limited to the scope of the original service. Providing these measures does not create any additional obligation or expand the Studio’s financial responsibility beyond the amount paid for the service.
Unless specifically requested and agreed upon in writing, the Studio does not automatically engage in confidentiality agreements for services provided. If confidentiality is required, the Client must provide a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for the Studio to review and sign before the commencement of the project. If the Client wants to purchase the full copyright to the images, this should also be negotiated. Both these options may affect the price of the service.
Otherwise:
The Studio respects the privacy of its Clients and adheres to applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Personal information provided by the Client will only be used for project completion and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
